Unicode is standard and one can use unicode data in websites without any special softwares. Win XP and later has already local language support you have to enable your langusge support. Once you have enabled it just download Indic IME from http://bhashaindia.com/SiteCollectionDocuments/Downloads/IME/Marathi_IME_Setup.zip and start writing pages in marathi languages. Drupal Support unicode just see one such site developed in drupal which accept unicode data http://dmchanda.in
